Canby Care is not insurance or sick care, it’s affordable, high-quality health care. This new non-insurance model is being adopted by many medical clinics throughout the United States with tremendous success. Canby Clinic is the first naturopathic clinic in Oregon to offer this opportunity. Members of Canby Care pay no deductibles, no copays, and no co-insurance, and most of the primary care services offered are included in your membership. Membership is also offered in limited numbers so our doctors can offer highly personalized, quality health care. There is a $75 enrollment fee for new members. Members can cancel their membership for any reason after twelve months with a 30 day written notice. Canby Clinic can terminate the membership for non-payment or any other reason with a 30 day written notice. If we are unable to provide the services promised, Canby Clinic will issue a refund to members for fees paid in advance on a prorated basis.
